Meetup Miss Image

What if I miss a paid Meetup?

— If you miss an already-paid Meetup, simply request the recording from the Chair, if the Chair has not sent it to you already. You'll have access to the full session so you won't miss out on any insights or discussions.

Can payments made be refunded, brought forward or transferred?

— COMMITMENT TO INVESTMENT —
— The Chair's commitment to Member's growth and success is unwavering, and the structure of this Mastermind Group experience is designed to support Member's transformation.
— To honor the integrity of this process, all payments made are non-refundable.
​— Payments made are not to be brought forward to any future meetup(s), and also non-transferrable to other persons.
— This ensures that both Member and Chair are fully invested in achieving Member's goals, creating a space of accountability and focus.
— By committing to this journey, the Chair and Member are prioritizing Member's development and maximizing the value of the Mastermind Group experience.

How do Members interact with each other outside of the Meetups?

— Members engage in a WhatsApp group called the Trusted Advisors Mastermind Group for ongoing conversations and support.

Members Count Image

Are there minimum and maximum numbers of Members in the Group?

— The Group functions with a minimum of two Members (not counting the Chair).
— The maximum number of Members will be decided collectively as a Group.

Leave Group Image

How does one leave the Group? Can Membership lapse?

— To willfully leave, simply write to the Chair via email at hasan@rubah.my or send a direct message at +60122003251. You will then be exited from our WhatsApp group.
​— Membership will lapse after you miss 4 consecutive Meetups. You will then be exited from our WhatsApp group.
​— Be mindful of the statement on payments being non-refundable above.

Rejoin Group Image

Can an ex-Member rejoin after leaving or after lapse of Membership?

— Absolutely! Rejoiners are always welcome. To rejoin, reach out to the Chair via email or direct message.
​— You will then be re-admitted into our WhatsApp group.


End Group Image

Will the Chair ever end the Group?

— The Chair will not end the Group as long as there are at least two Members (excluding the Chair). InshaAllah, the Group will continue to thrive.

Fee Change Image

Will the fee change in the future?

— The fee may change (increase or decrease) every one year after Group inauguration in May 2024, i.e. starting from May 2025, with a minimum of one-month prior notice.

Is there a payment reminder?

— Formal reminders for PER ENTRY payment and participation may or may not be sent. For auto-renewals of SUBSCRIPTION, formal notification of renewal may or may not be sent.

Can a Member pay more than the stated fee?
